Stiffening Nucleator BT-9806
BT-9806 is β-Crystal nucleating agent made of rare-earth which can improve toughness, heat distortion temperature of polyolefin resins without degrading other mechanical properties. The application is available for injection molding, high foaming products and thermal deformation materials and biaxially stretching film.
Features:
1. Non-toxic and odorless;
2. The impact strength can be increased from 1-6 times while maintaining rigidity;
3. Heat resistance can be increased 10-40℃;
4. The structure would be still stable enough after few times processing.

What is Nucleating Agent?
